Personal Information
At Beads by Fall we take personal information seriously! Social media has become an extremely valuable tool for small businesses to build a portfolio, and while photos of your final product may end up on a social platform or on beadsbyfall.ca, we will never share any Personal Identifiable Information. On occasion, under certain circumstances and with permission we may share first names, an alias, or repost photos that have been sent in as part of a review.
Please note if you are tagging @beadsbyfall.ca on Instagram or other social media platforms you are consenting to us sharing/reposting the content on our own platforms, potentially sharing your social media handle.
This website was designed through Webador and uses Google Analytics for the purpose of brand building. By using this site you are complying to their terms, which are not determined by Beads by Fall. The demographic information that Google Analytics provides us at Beads by Fall does not include any Personal Identifiable Information.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our work all sales are final. Once the work is completed or products are ordered for custom orders, funds cannot be refunded. Orders cancelled prior to the above mentioned will be refunded in full.
If you have any issues with your order please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right. See more under "What if I don't like my bracelet?" in FAQs.
Please note bracelets from the Birthday Baby Collection are final sale and do not qualify for repair or re-threading.

Repairs, Re-threadding, Replacement
If your bracelet breaks within the first 30 days of purchase and you can salvage all pieces we will repair it one (1) time for free*. If your bracelet stretches excessively** within 60 days we will re-thread it for free*.
It is recommended that silk strung jewellery is to be re-threaded every 1-5 years for preventative maintenance.
Contact with water can degrade silk and cause stretching and breakage, avoiding water is recommended for proper care as stated in our FAQs. If you have exposed your bracelet to water and stretch or breakage has been the result, please visit "services" to review your options.
When applying for a Re-thread ALL pieces must be present at the time of returning***.
If your bracelet breaks and less than 30% of the beads are missing we will charge a $15 re-make fee.
If more than 30%** of beads are missing, or if the clasp is missing, you will unfortunately need to pay for a replacement
If you receive your bracelet and it needs to be resized you are subject to the $15* remake fee.
*All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer in addition to the re-thread or re-make fee. As a small business I unfortunately do not currently have the resources to wave this. If items are lost during transit, please contact the carrier directly. Beads by Fall is not responsible for lost mail, however in this event please contact us AFTER trying to resolve with the carrier and we will try our best to make it right.
** As per our assessment through photos sent by customer at time of request.
*** If items are received in a condition different than assessed (ex; requested a re-thread but pieces are missing) we reserve the right to reassess and hold the item until correct payment is received - at which point it will be released back to the customer. Assessments will be made in comparison to the original bracelet made at time of purchase, based off of the photograph emailed with purchase invoice

Lost items / shipping
All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. As a small business I unfortunately do not currently have the resources to wave this. If items are lost during transit, please contact the carrier directly. Beads by Fall is not responsible for lost mail, however in this event please contact us and we will try our best to make it right.
